During this week, we tested our algorithms and compared them to the groudtruth image above.

Accuracy of B1(adaptive image threshold) is .7933. In this algorithm, we used our prior knowledge of the green channel being the best to use for blood vessel detection. Then after applying a median filter, normalizing the binary image, and applying adaptive local and image thresholding we obtained the images depicted in the last two spaces.

Accuracy of D1 (Large Vessel Candidates) is .6905.In this algorithm, we used our prior knowledge of the green channel being the best to use for blood vessel detection. Then after applying a median filter, normalizing the binary image, and applying adaptive local and using large vessel candidates we obtained the images depicted in the last two spaces.

Accuracy of C1 (Otsu Global Thresholding) is .9591
